Atomic Lemur

So it looks like mid-October is setting the stage for the rest of this year and the beginning of next.  Rain.  I know, I know, Seattle is supposed to be a rainy place— that’s fine.  The problem is that I walk to work which google maps tells me is just over a mile and a half.  I don’t mind walking, and I don’t mind walking in the rain.  What I do mind is wet sox.  I like the shoes I have right now (even though more than one person has called them bowling shoes… they remind me more of old tyme sports shoes), but they don’t even pretend to try to pretend to keep my feet dry.  So, it looks like I am in the market for new shoes because at this rate I am going to be a grumpy man all the time.
