You Can Stab for Revenge, but You Can’t Stab for Freedom

I think somewhere in the bible there is a story with this moral: you can’t stab your way out of trouble. Willis Reese learned that lesson the hard way today.  Convicted of murder, he stabbed a nurse, a corrections officer, a random helpful citizen, and a bus driver as he tried to flee from a hospital by taking control of a shuttle bus. (Thankfully, none of the four stabbees were seriously injured.) Where else can we apply this new lesson?
